Apple Pie Bites (Toddler-Friendly Snack)

A super simple snack to make? Check! Decently healthy (and without added sugar?)? Check! Delicious and something toddlers, kids, and adults will all eat? Double check! These apple pie bites are the perfect snack!
Ingredients
  • 3 apples, peeled and sliced into ¼ inch slices (you don’t want them to be too thin, or they’ll get crisp instead of chewy)
  • Two teaspoons pumpkin pie or apple pie spice (or to your taste)
  • A pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 225.
  2. Peel and slice the apples and toss them with the spices.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lay the apples on top in a single layer.
  4. Place in the oven and let cook about 45 minutes, or until the apples are cooked through, slightly dried, and slightly chewy.
  5. Enjoy!
